I really enjoyed your group's video, particularly because your focus more on the statements that you chose to highlight made an interesting impact - I felt that your video translated that the hardships students face as a result of education can sometimes dwarf and overwhelm us, which worked well with the aesthetic of your piece. Great job.
Your comment about having to choose between paying tuition and living expenses is so real! Tuition is so high nowadays! How can we be expected to pay our bills but also pay off our debt? I understand we are privileged to have these opportunities but I see some my friends at UVIC who are being weighed down by their expenses and constantly decide if they can keep going back. It's sad to see because their end goal is to get a job that will support them for the rest of their lives but their debt will live with them for a substantial amount of time.
